Wintergreene Estates

Wintergreen Estates is a three story Retirement Residence in south Regina. The building was completed in 2005 and is wood framed construction built over a crawlspace and concrete foundation.

The residences are one- and two-bedroom units including kitchens; they are located in the wood framed portion of the building. The suites provide residents with a higher level of care and are located in the non-combustible portion of the building which is constructed out of cast-in-place concrete and light gauge steel. The entire building is constructed over one level of underground parking.
