Restoration and upgrading of existing structures including repairs to delaminated, corroded and freeze-thaw damaged concrete structures, and repairs to deteriorated post-tensioned structures.  These upgrades are often the result of ongoing maintenance, modernization, or modifications to existing structures relating to deficiencies with respect to the National Building Code.
