Eden Care Communities - Validation Study

The Eden Care Communities Village Project in north Regina included two 9-storey buildings. The Village Project created a mixed-use site that included 288 long term care beds, 58 affordable housing suites, an integrated primary health care and wellness centre and retail and business space including a pharmacy and café. The project delivery method was Lean Integrated Project Delivery (Lean IPD).
