JCK Engineering Inc. provided structural engineering services to the Whitecap Dakota First Nation for a new hotel. The hotel is located adjacent to the existing casino and nearby golf course. The building is a six storey cast-in-place structure with a partial basement below. The second floor is designed to transfer the columns from the hotel to a wider column layout in the amenity space below. A steel framed single storey structure is located between the concrete hotel and the adjacent casino. The hotel features a roof top pool. The building is approximately 10,980 m2 and was completed in 2020.
