301 1st Avenue North

JCK Engineering provided full structural engineering services to KSA Group Architecture and Legacy Land Inc. for the renovation of 301 1st Avenue North in Saskatoon. Structurally, the renovation included reinforcing of the 1st floor, infill of a portion of the 2nd floor, construction of a new elevator shaft and entry stair as well as support for new mechanical equipment on the roof, the design of support for new large window openings, and new exterior stairs. The project won an award of merit from the Design Council of Saskatchewan in 2019 for its architectural design.
