Situated between the FCC Tower to the north and Hill Centre Tower III to the south, Agriculture Place is the newest addition to the Regina skyline. Its two existing neighbours contain one and two levels of underground parking respectively. Agriculture Place contains three levels of underground parking that spans between the two existing parkades.

With existing buildings on three sides and a city street on the fourth side, it was extremely important that all elements of the parkade design were thoroughly considered prior to construction. As it is a 10.8m deep split-level parkade, lateral earth pressure was a major design consideration. Special shear walls were designed at the ramps between levels to ensure loads were properly dissipated across the parkade. Despite severe physical constraints on site, construction of the parkade did not impact the structural integrity of the neighbouring buildings or the city street.
