SaskPower Logistics Warehouse Complex (LWC) - Phase I

The new SaskPower Logistics Warehouse Complex (LWC) is located just outside of Regina. The LWC replaces SaskPower’s assets that were at the end of their effective life cycles and increases SaskPower’s operational efficiencies by allowing them to consolidate their operations. This Phase 1 project included 5 buildings, with a combined area of 23,500 m2, plus an exterior wash pad, exterior site racking, and site development. JCK Engineering worked together with the rest of the design team to provide SaskPower with durable, structurally sound, energy efficient buildings that offered future flexibility. SaskPower moved into the facility in January of 2024.
