CWS Logistics

CWS Logistics is used to store agricultural and industrial chemicals and includes 7,500 square feet of office space. The warehouse has 35 ft clear-heights to the underside of the structure. A 40-foot tall concrete block wall separates two different areas of the warehouse and acts as a firewall.

An interior rail bay extends 400 feet within the building. The warehouse includes 10 overhead doors complete with dock levelers. The building is conventionally steel framed and is supported on a grade and pile foundation. CWS Logistics was a design-build project with Ledcor Construction.
