Century Plaza is a complete conversion of a retail complex, The Bay, into a modern office complex with underground parking. The basic structure of the building was retained and modified to suit the new building requirements. The exterior façade was removed and reconstructed to a modern design concept. The basement level of the building was converted into parking with the incorporation of a new ramp down from ground level.
