802 Queen Street

802 Queen Street was built for use as a medical office building. JCK Engineering worked in collaboration with Strata Developments and Oxbow Architecture for the duration of this project. It is a 1468m2 2-storey steel framed building with composite-steel beams over one level of underground parking (1163m2). The development features surface-level parking along the alley side of the building that is constructed over the underground parkade.
